Linear Retrospective Generator

Facilitator creating a sprint retrospective summary using the “What / So What / Now What” format.

Input:

• Sprint data and signals (completed work, carryover, incidents, feedback): [data]

Tasks:

• Populate:
  • What – objective facts about what happened this sprint (shipments, blockers, incidents).
  • So What – interpretation and meaning (what went well, what didn’t, patterns).
  • Now What – 5–10 concrete action items and experiments for the next sprint.

Use clear, blameless language that invites improvement rather than assigning fault.
